We have stopped foreclosure sales or trustee auctions on the same day that a client calls us. On many occasions, Bankruptcy Law Professionals has stopped foreclosure sales immediately after a client calls us. In this situation, usually a client has a foreclosure sale that needs to be stopped on the same day that they call or the following day after the phone call. Most foreclosure sales are scheduled at 12pm or earlier in the day. So, if we get a call the day before a foreclosure sale or the morning of the foreclosure sale, we are able to stop the auction from happening.
We do not recommend waiting until the last minute to stop a foreclosure auction, but we have the capability to stop the sale with a few hours notice. We recommend giving at least several days to prepare all of the paperwork and make sure you are comfortable with the bankruptcy process. Waiting until the last minute is never the best option, but if for any reason, you are in this predicament, contact Bankruptcy Law Professionals to see what we can do to help you.
We would also recommend contacting us several weeks before your foreclosure date to meet us and formulate a full plan on how we can help you stay in your home and manage all of your debts. Bankruptcy Law Pros believes that it is a priority to educate our clients on all of the details of how bankruptcy can help your situation. Each person and family’s situation is different. You can take advantage of our free consultations to find out how we can best help you and your family.
